You want to lose weight, so you are watching what you eat. It makes sense, but what you drink is just as important. However, it is very difficult to tell if a drink is healthy based on how it looks. 1. 100% apple juice

7. Mixed coffee

If you drink one of these (with whipped cream) every day, you can easily gain a pound in a week. If you still like to drink coffee, black coffee is always the healthiest option.
